menu diet kite adelah;
breakfast - oat / 3 in 1 + wholemeal bread 2 keping je la
lunch - ikn bakar + syur sup
hi tea - biskut 2 keping je kot
dinner - sup
supper - oat / buahan
* in between, mnm plain water 2.5L / day.
